# LoWisa Help Centre

> How to use LoWisa: the phone app (getting started, Master any topic, Insight mode, flashcards, certificates, speaking, community, careers) and the desktop IDE (the tutor, your own project, learning paths, models and keys, troubleshooting), plus plans and credits.

Everything you need to use LoWisa, one feature per article: the phone app on Google Play and the App Store, and the desktop IDE for Windows 10+, macOS 12+, Ubuntu 20.04+. A plan bought on the web works in both, activated with the email you subscribed with. If something is not working, [Support](/support/) covers restoring a purchase, cancelling, the voice check and deleting an account.
