What I learned with Ai Some tech terms sound intimidating until someone explains them in a way that actually makes sense. That’s what happened while I was learning with LoWisa. I came across a few concepts I had seen before but never really understood, and this time I actually took the time to learn what they meant. Here are some of the things I learned: ➤ Free-threaded Python means Python can allow multiple threads to actually run at the same time, instead of having them wait behind one shared lock. ➤ AI coding agents can do more than just generate code. They can plan tasks, write code, run tests, find errors, and make changes based on what they find. ➤ Error budgets are basically a way for teams to decide how much failure or downtime they can allow before fixing reliability becomes more important than shipping new features. ➤ SQL vs NoSQL is about two different ways of organizing an app’s data. SQL uses structured tables, while NoSQL can use more flexible document-style records. ➤ I also learned how one database can handle different kinds of work, including search, JSON, queues, and vector data, which can mean fewer separate systems for a team to manage. What I liked most was how these topics were broken down into what they are, why they matter, and how they work. I didn’t need to already be a developer to follow along. Sometimes the reason a topic feels too technical is simply because no one has explained it in a way that clicks yet. Now when I see a technical term I don’t understand, I’m more likely to stop and learn what it actually means instead of just scrolling.
