Delete your LoWisa account
This page deletes a LoWisa account and its data even if the app is no longer installed. You can do the same inside the mobile app under Profile → This phone → Delete my account.
Deleting is permanent. Your progress, XP, streaks, standings entry, cloud backup and device activations are removed and cannot be restored. An active subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account — cancel it with your payment provider (Polar, Google Play, or the App Store) first if you do not want it to renew. What is deleted and what little is retained is spelled out in the privacy policy.
Step 1 — who is leaving?
Enter the email address on the account. We will email a one-time code to it — that code is the proof this account is yours.
