How to create a course
- Open Master a topic. Tap Master a topic on the home screen, or choose Master any topic under All paths.
- Describe what you want to learn. Type it, paste it or tap Say it instead. Be specific: "Organic chemistry for my final exam" works better than "chemistry".
- Add your material (optional). Attach lecture slides, notes or PDFs, add pictures from your photos, or take a picture of a page or whiteboard.
- Let LoWisa build the course. The app works out the scope and builds as many levels as the topic needs, from the foundations to advanced.
- Start learning. Your course appears under Paths you made, with the same path map, checkpoints and flashcards as every other course.
Tips for a better course
- Name the goal. An exam, a certification or a job task tells the tutor what matters.
- Add the official syllabus if you have it. It keeps the course on what can be examined.
- Paste long text freely. Long notes and reading lists can be pasted into the box in one go.
- Use clear photos. Flat, well-lit pictures of slides and pages read best.
After the course is built
Every level ends with a checkpoint and flashcards on the real topics of that level. You can also listen to any level in Insight mode: once your lessons are built, open Insight on the path and two hosts talk each level through like a podcast.
For a study method that makes the most of this, read How to turn lecture slides and notes into a study plan.
Frequently asked questions

Yes. Master any topic accepts lecture slides, notes, PDFs and pictures, and builds a course with levels, checkpoints and flashcards.
What topics can I learn with Master any topic?
Any topic you can describe: science, maths, technology, languages of study, an exam or a certification.
Can I listen to a course I created?
Yes. Once the lessons are built, open Insight mode on the path to hear the levels as a two-host episode.
